Track your order from confirmation through delivery.
Check Online
If you have a Zendesk account, you can view all your open requests and order status:
Your order history shows the current status, any notes from our team, and shipping information once available.
Check by Email
Reply to any order confirmation email you received from us. Our team will respond with an updated status.
Check by Phone
Call 800-236-1400 during business hours and have your order number or PO number ready.
Order Status Definitions
| Open | Your order has been received and is being processed |
| Pending | We're waiting on information from you (backorder choice, shipping preference, etc.) |
| Solved | Order has shipped — check your email for tracking information |
Shipping Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Most orders ship via:
- UPS Ground — small parts and supplies
- LTL Freight — machines and large orders
- Will-Call — pickup at our Fall River, MA warehouse
Something Wrong?
If your order is delayed, missing items, or has an issue, submit a request and select "Order Status / Issue" as the contact reason. Include your order or PO number.
