Shipping Options
Superior offers multiple shipping methods to meet your delivery needs.
Standard Shipping
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days depending on destination
- UPS Expedited: 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air available for urgent orders
- LTL Freight: Required for machines and oversized shipments
Shipping method can be specified on your purchase order. If no preference is listed, orders ship via UPS Ground by default.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. You will receive the carrier name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. If you have not received tracking within the expected timeframe, submit a request or contact your sales representative.
LTL Freight — Inspection Requirements
For machine and freight deliveries, please follow these steps carefully:
- Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt
- Photograph any visible damage to packaging or equipment at the time of delivery
- Note damage on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves
- Report damage within 48 hours by submitting a request with photos attached
Important: Signing without noting damage may limit your ability to file a freight claim. Always inspect thoroughly before accepting delivery.
