Opening a Dealer Account
To become an authorized Superior dealer, follow these steps:
- Contact a sales representative at 800-236-1400 or email sales@supsew.com
- Complete a credit application — your rep will provide the required forms
- Once approved, you will receive your account number and access credentials
Support Portal
Your support portal gives you convenient self-service tools:
- Submit requests: Create a new request for orders, returns, quotes, or questions
- Track tickets: View the status of all open and recent requests
- View history: Access your complete support and order inquiry history
Billing Inquiries
For billing questions, invoices, or payment issues:
- Email sales@supsew.com with "Billing" in the subject line
- Jose will respond within 4 hours during business days
- For escalations, ask for Puina
Updating Your Account Information
To update your company name, address, contacts, or other account details, submit a request with the changes needed. Your rep will confirm once updates are applied.
