Return Policy
Superior accepts returns within 30 days of the original ship date, subject to the following conditions.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping anything back
- To request an RA number, submit a request or contact your sales representative
- Include the RA number on the outside of all return packages
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Used or installed products
- Items returned without a valid RA number
Damage Claims
If you receive damaged goods, follow these steps to file a claim:
- Photograph all damage — include the packaging, labels, and affected items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a request
- Include your order number, photos, and a description of the damage
- Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim is resolved
Credits
Once a return is received and inspected, credits are issued within 5–7 business days. You will receive confirmation when the credit has been applied to your account.
